DamageIQ stores the files and calculation inputs you create so you can return to them. File contents are private to you and to the firm colleagues you explicitly share a file with.

We collect the account details you provide (name, email, firm, contact information) and metadata-only usage analytics. Analytics never include file contents, financial inputs, or claimant data.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the tool with privileged or personal information complies with PIPEDA and your applicable law-society confidentiality obligations.
